Fulfillment typically takes 2–3 business days (5–10 during sales and new releases). Once shipped, tracking is emailed to you and may take up to 24 hours to become active. Track your order at shipment tracking or via the link in your confirmation email.

We offer free return shipping for domestic orders through our Return Portal. Refunds may take up to 5 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse. International customers, see the international returns question below.

The Traveler is our most popular everyday bottle with a circular flip straw, handle, and cupholder compatibility. The Sport features a bucket handle, wide-mouth opening, and ergonomic design for active use. The Everyday Tumbler is a sleek classic tumbler. The Coffee Traveler has a ceramic-lined interior and soft-touch ambidextrous lid for hot and cold beverages.

We recommend hand washing with warm soapy water after each use. For a deeper clean, use a bottle brush and a mixture of baking soda and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry with the lid off. For straws, soak in dish soap or use a straw-cleaning brush for best results.

Yes! All international orders ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), excluding Canada. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes determined by the destination country. Orders are generally received within 10–12 business days. Holiday volumes may extend timelines.

Our triple-wall insulated Travelers and Sport bottles keep drinks ice-cold for up to 24 hours. The Coffee Traveler keeps drinks hot for up to 6 hours and cold for up to 12 hours. The Pro Jug v2 with a Neoprene Sleeve keeps drinks cold for 2–4 hours.
