Product Recall
HydroJug, Inc., in coordination with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is issuing a voluntary recall of certain 14 oz. sport tumblers. Please review the information below and follow the instructions to receive a free replacement lid.

STOP USE IMMEDIATELY if your 14 oz. sport tumbler matches any of the patterns below and has the UPC/serial number details listed. We’ll replace the lid at no cost.

Affected Products
14 oz. sport tumblers sold from May 17, 2025 to June 6, 2025. The following patterns are affected:
Remove the rubber boot and check the bottom of the tumbler for serial number 2350101 or no serial number
Products purchased between May 17, 2025 and June 6, 2025 may be affected
Only the 14 oz. Sport Tumbler in Daisy Checker, Bows, Sports, Dinosaur, and Cowgirl patterns are included
What to Do
If you own an affected product, please follow these steps:

Stop Using the Lid
Immediately stop using the affected tumbler lid.

Photo the Serial Number
Remove the rubber boot and take a photo of the bottom of the tumbler showing the 2350101 serial number or that there is no serial number.

Mark the Lid as Recalled
Permanently mark the recalled tumbler lid with the word "Recalled" and take a photo.

Contact HydroJug
Email service@thehydrojug.com with your order details (if available), shipping address, and photos showing the serial number and the lid marked "Recalled." Properly dispose of the affected lid.

Receive Replacement
We’ll confirm eligibility and send a free replacement lid at no cost.
HydroJug discovered a potential issue with a limited number of its 14 oz. sport tumblers. The rivets on certain tumblers may come loose, causing the handle to detach, posing a choking hazard for children.
