RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition with tags and stickers still attached. Use the return label within 14 days of receiving it. All sale purchases and giveaway winnings are final. If an item doesn’t meet our terms, the refund may be denied and the item disposed of.

We offer free return shipping for domestic orders through our Return Portal at hydrojug.loopreturns.com. Refunds may take up to 5 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse. For international customers, please see the section below for more information on international returns.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. To get a different item, please initiate a free domestic return through our Return Portal at hydrojug.loopreturns.com and place a new order for the item you’d like.

We do not cover broken or dropped bottles or lids due to user error. Normal wear on glass and stainless steel (scratches, dents, etc.) is not covered. Use Stainless Steel Sleeves for stainless bottles — other sleeves were not designed for SS and may not fit properly.

All sale purchases and giveaway winnings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customized and laser-etched items by third parties will void the warranty. Contact our team for details on your specific situation.

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor issues, negligence, or third-party modifications (such as laser etching). We may ask for proof of purchase, clear photos of the defect, and a brief explanation. Submit claims via the Contact Us form or email service@thehydrojug.com.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. Approved warranty replacements ship within 5–10 business days. If your issue qualifies as a manufacturer defect, HydroJug covers all shipping costs.
