Warranty

We strive to use the highest quality materials for our products. We believe in our quality, and offer a limited lifetime warranty on all manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor, negligence, or misuse on the consumers behalf. We reserve the right to require photographic proof of the defect as well as clarification on how the issue occurred to ensure it is in fact a manufacturer defect.
 
If your claim is approved as a manufacturer defect HydroJug will cover all shipping costs. Please include your order number, name, and a detailed explanation of your claim in the form below. (a photo may be required to validate claims) Once you submit the form a representative will reach out to you via email within 24 hours (during business hours) from when you sent it. We will not be able to accept your claim if a photo of the issue is not provided. 
 
Warranty claims can take up to 3-5 days to process and 5-10 business days to ship.

Returns/Exchanges

Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process, once it has been delivered to our warehouse.The item(s) must be in new condition with the tags still attached If the product returned does not meet our terms and conditions the refund will be denied and the item will be disposed of.

All sale purchases and giveaway winnings are final.

We now offer FREE exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Regular returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery with ALL SHIPPING COSTS PAID BY THE CONSUMER.

We accept international returns, but do not provide a return label. 

If an order is sent back to us by the carrier (Returned to Sender) we will issue store credit for use on a future purchase or replacement.

Plastic Bottles

We do not cover broken or dropped bottles as a result of user error. If you feel that your bottle is defective please reach out to our support team and we can do our best to help resolve the issue or file a claim with our manufacturer.

Glass Bottles

We do not cover broken or dropped bottles or lids as a result of user error. If you feel that your bottle is defective please reach out to our support team and we can do our best to help resolve the issue or file a claim with our manufacturer.

Stainless Steel

We do not cover broken or dropped bottles or lids as a result of user error. If you feel that your bottle is defective please reach out to our support team and we can do our best to help resolve the issue or file a claim with our manufacturer. 

We do not cover normal wear and tear on our glass SS bottles including scratches, dents, or other things that may occur with general use. Our pro and core sleeves fit the stainless steel bottles but were not created or intended to be used on the stainless steel bottles.

Sleeves, & Accessories

Can be returned within 30 business days of the delivery date.
Returns must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging.

 Clothing

Can be returned or exchanged within 30 business days of the delivery date.
All clothing must be in new and unused condition, have the original tags, and be returned in the original packaging.

Supplements

Can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Product must be unopened/unused.
