Fulfillment typically takes 2–3 business days (5–10 during sales and new releases). Once shipped, tracking is emailed to you and may take up to 24 hours to become active. Track your order at thehydrojug.com/pages/shipment-tracking or via the link in your confirmation email.

Standard domestic orders are packed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days. During sales and releases, allow 5–10 business days for processing. Custom etch items may require additional time. Tracking is sent once the order ships.

Yes! All international orders ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), excluding Canada. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes determined by the destination country. Orders are generally received within 10–12 business days. Holiday volumes may extend timelines.

We'll do our best if your order hasn't been processed yet. Email service@thehydrojug.com with your order number and shipping address. Cancellation is not guaranteed if your order has already been processed.

HydroJug is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery. Customers must file the claim with the carrier (claims may take up to 3 weeks). Allow up to 7 business days after a “delivered” scan before assuming non-delivery. If the carrier never received the package due to our error, we will reship at no cost.

Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $54.99 (subtotal after discounts and before tax). Orders under $54.99 will have a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Report damage within 7 days of delivery to service@thehydrojug.com. All stickers and tags must still be attached. Please include photo proof of the damage. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

Yes — just select pickup at checkout as the shipping method. Orders will be ready within 2 business days and held for up to one week. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (excluding holidays) at HydroJug, 1017 600 N STE 1, Ogden, UT 84404. Bring your order number and enter through the North doors.
