Click the account icon in the top right corner of our website and select "Create Account." You'll need your email address and a password. Once created, you can track orders, save favorites, and earn reward points.

Click the account icon, then select "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

HydroJug Rewards is our free loyalty program. You earn points on every purchase and through everyday actions on your account, then redeem them for discounts on future orders. You'll earn 100 points just for creating an account, and you can check your balance and tier anytime on the Rewards page in your account.

Earn 1 point per $1 spent on the HydroJug website (more at VIP, Elite, and Premier), plus 100 for creating an account, 100 on your birthday, 30 for a published product review (a 50-point bonus when it includes a photo or video), 20 for following on Instagram, 20 for liking on Facebook, and 20 for following on X. Gift card purchases earn points; paying with a gift card does not.

Points expire one year from the date they're earned, so redeem them before they go.

Tiers are based on points earned only from purchases made on the HydroJug website within the calendar year (refunds are netted out): HydroFam (0), VIP (700 points), Elite (1,500 points), and Premier (3,000 points). Your earn rate rises with each tier (up to 1.75x at Premier), and Elite and Premier get free standard shipping. Once you reach a tier, you're locked in through the end of the next calendar year, so there's no risk of losing your status mid-year.

Only points earned on purchases count toward tier progress. Bonus points — reviews, referrals, social follows, birthdays, and other quests — go straight to your spendable balance and redeem like any other points; they just don't move your tier.

Sign in, go to the Rewards page, and choose a reward: 200 points for $10 off, 300 for $15 off, 400 for $20 off, or 500 for $25 off. A code is generated for you to apply at checkout. Points are used all at once per redemption, and any leftover value doesn't carry over. Rewards can't be combined with other discount codes (free shipping at Elite and Premier still applies automatically), and codes can't be used during sitewide sales.

Share your referral link from the Rewards page. Your friend gets $10 off their first order of $50 or more, and you get $10 once their order ships. There's no limit to how many friends you can refer.

My Collection is your personal gallery of every HydroJug you own. It’s built from your full purchase history — not just recent orders — so it reflects your whole collection, including discontinued and seasonal colorways. Switch to the "Discover More" tab to see the full collectible catalog with the products you already own badged, so you can spot what’s left to collect. Find it under "My Collection" in your account.

My Collection counts unique collectible drinkware — Travelers, Sport bottles, Everyday Tumblers, Shakers, Coffee Travelers, lids, and the like. Apparel, supplements, accessories such as sleeves and straps, and bundle or promo items aren’t counted as collectibles. A new purchase shows up once the order has been invoiced and fulfilled (typically 24–48 hours after it ships). If something is still missing after that, email service@thehydrojug.com and we’ll take a look.

The Leaderboard shows where you rank in the HydroJug fam by the number of unique collectible HydroJugs you own — friendly competition for our most dedicated collectors. As your collection grows you climb the ranks, hit milestones (Starter, Collector, Enthusiast, Champion, and Legend), and earn reward points along the way. You’ll find it under “Leaderboard” in your account.

Your rank is based on the count of unique collectible drinkware you own — the exact same products shown in My Collection, so the two always match. The board refreshes once a day: during the day your standing is shown as provisional, and it locks in after the nightly refresh. Newly purchased products count toward your rank after they’re invoiced and the next refresh runs.

To keep the leaderboard fair and focused on genuine collectors, we exclude wholesale and reseller accounts, brand ambassadors (who receive seeded product), and HydroJug employees and staff. VIP and Elite loyalty members are real customers and are included. If you’re on the HydroJug team, you’ll still see your own collection, but you won’t appear in the public ranking.
