These bottles are dishwasher safe. We recommend using the top rack.

Our glass and stainless steel bottles hold up to 64 oz.
The stainless steel is insulated and can keep water cold for up to 24 hours.
Both come with a built in straw.

Our neoprene Sleeves were designed for our Plastic Core and Classic Jugs, Stainless Steel Jugs, Mini Jugs, and SHKRS. We recommend using the neoprene Sleeve designed for your specific bottle. You can find more information in the description menu on the product page.
The neoprene sleeves are safe to wash in a machine but we suggest removing the strap and laying the sleeve out to air dry.
Our sleeves and carriers are machine washable - just remove the strap!
We recommend laying them flat to air dry.
We suggesting soaking the straw in dishsoap or using a straw cleaning brush

How do I re-insert the seal into the lid?
Don't worry, the HydroJug seal is supposed to come in and out for cleaning purpose and will go back in easily if the instructions are followed step-by-step. Follow this link for the instructions: seal instructions
How does shipping work?
How it works
HydroJug offers free standard shipping for our customers inside the United States and Canada on all orders greater $60.00. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders placed before 12:00 pm Mountain Time are generally shipped the same business day, excluding days of online sales, new product releases and the holiday season. If your order is placed on a Friday it will most likely be shipped the following business day.
With the influx of online orders, largely due to COVID19, please allow four to seven business days for your package to arrive. While we cannot guarantee the exact shipping of any packages currently due to the shipping strains of COVID19, we are working with our carriers on a weekly basis to update and reduce shipping times in any way possible.
Where are orders shipped from?
All of our orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Ogden, Utah.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
1-3 business days. Shipping time may differ due to online sales, new product releases and holiday seasons.
My tracking says delivered but it hasn't been. What do I do?
HydroJug is NOT responsible for LOST/STOLEN packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages that have not been delivered. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Once you receive a response to your claim we will be able to address the issue. Follow the link to file a claim: File a Claim
All claims will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once USPS responds we will be able to determine how to move forward. In the meantime, please be patient with us as we work with USPS. Filing a claim does not guarantee USPS will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process. Once packages are placed in the hands of USPS our access to information is very limited. In some cases, it can take up to 7 business days for USPS to deliver the package to be delivered after it has been marked delivered. Please allow that amount of time before reaching out. We will provide you with photographic proof that the order was fulfilled and shipped. Once your package leaves our facility we assume no liability. If USPS never received your package due to an error on our end (if it was never scanned into their system) we will ship you the order at no additional cost.
Questions about your Order?
Why can't I use both coupon codes?
Orders are limited to one discount code per transaction. Discount codes can be applied to sale items or bundle discounts. However, site wide discounts/sales will disable all discount codes for the duration of that sale.
Can I edit my order after it is placed?
During standard hours of operations, we will have your order fulfilled the next day by 12:00pm Mountain Time. We are unable to make changes to your order after it has been fulfilled. If you need a change we will do our best to address the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they are still in pending status. Most orders reach a fulfilled status by 12:00pm MST the following business day. Once the order has been fulfilled we will not be able to cancel your order.
Are the product sold separately?
All of our products are sold separately. Our HydroJugs contain the jug and the lid however, the HydroStraws, HydroSleeves, and HydroCarriers are sold separately.
What about International order/shipping?
All international mail is shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU) "Excluding Canada". Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer. All charges are determined by the customs agency of the given country. Charges may not be incurred; however, they are determined from your order value. They will not be refunded. Ship times depend on the destination, please reach out to USPS for updates on transit times. Orders are generally received within 10-12 business days. Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service. Hydrojug is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or orders sent to insufficient addresses. All unclaimed/undelivered mail not returned to us will not be refunded. Unclaimed/undelivered mail returned to us will be refunded less all applicable fees
What type of plastic is used in your products?
Unlike most jugs our products are made of #2 HDPE and #5 PP plastic both of which are BPA free. Most food containers and other shaker bottles on the market use the same high-grade plastic. Most large water bottles use a PETG plastic which is not dishwasher safe and less durable. It is a high priority for us to supply our customers with a high-quality product made from the best materials. The HydroStraw also is made from BPA Free Polypropylene.
Can I drop my HydroJug?
Our new and improved HydroJug Pro is now shatterproof!
Can I freeze my HydroJug?
We do not recommend freezing your HydroJug. Most plastics become brittle when exposed to cold temperatures. However, with the wide-mouth opening it is very easy to add ice! For more information on product care please visit the product care tab.
Does HydroJug offer warranties or returns?
We strive to use the highest quality materials for our products. We believe in our quality, and offer a limited lifetime warranty on all manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor, negligence, or misuse on the consumers behalf. We reserve the right to require photographic proof of the defect as well as clarification on how the issue occurred to ensure it is in fact a manufacturer defect.
If your claim is approved as a manufacturer defect HydroJug will cover all shipping costs. Please include your order number, name, and a detailed explanation of your claim in the form below. (a photo may be required to validate claims) Once you submit the form a representative will reach out to you via email within 24 hours (during business hours) from when you sent it. We will not be able to accept your claim if a photo of the issue is not provided.
Warranty claims can take up to 3-5 days to process and 5-10 business days to ship.

How long does the process take to become an ambassador?
Lots of awesome people love HydroJug and want to help represent us. Because of this, we have a high volume of requests to respond to. It typically takes 2-3 weeks for our team to respond to you, so don’t get discouraged if you don’t hear from us right away. We’re working hard to speed that process up, so we appreciate your patience!
What are the requirements?
You need two (2) HydroJugs, two (2) HydroSleeves, and one (1) HydroStraw in order to be approved as an ambassador. These can be purchased separately or all together in the Ambassador Pack. (If you already have some of items, you don’t need to purchase the ambassador pack)
How do I earn commission? How much commission do I earn?
HydroJug pays ambassadors who make $50 or more in commission each month. Those who make $50 or more in commission will be paid between the 1st-5th of the month. There are no exceptions to this schedule.

Do I have to post about Hydrojug a required amount of times?
We do not require that you post about HydroJug to keep your ambassador status. However, the more you post about us, the more likely you are to make commissions!
Do I need to be in the US?
Currently we are only offering our ambassador program in the United States and Canada. We are hoping to expand that soon!
My pay out is not working?
HydroJug pays ambassadors between the 1st-5th of each month via paypal. If you didn’t receive your payment by the 6th please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I get more people to shop through my link?

Do I get a code to share with my followers and shoppers?
We do not currently offer discount codes for ambassadors to share with their followers. Your followers will not be able to use your personal discount code, so please do not share it with them.
What if someone I sent the link to purchased and I didn’t get credit for it?
If a purchase is not attributed to your link, you will not receive credit. Please make sure that your followers use your specific link to make their purchase.

Can I Sell HydroJug’s Online?
Yes, as long as you follow our resale policies found in the MAP agreement! Most major marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Jet, ect.) are restricted per our MAP agreement. We closely monitor these marketplaces and will shut down any accounts that violate our policies.
What Payment Terms Do You Offer?
We accept all major credit cards which you’ll be able to use through our online wholesale portal. For larger accounts terms will be negotiated on an individual basis.
What Is MOP Pricing?
MOP stands for minimum order pricing, which allows the customer to mix and match products as long as they meet the minimum price threshold for the total order.
Do Wholesale Customers Receive Volume Discounts?
Absolutely! Because you are ordering larger quantities, we do offer significant discounts. Apply for an account and a sales agent will contact you with pricing information.
Do You Offer Private Label?
At this time we do not offer private label but we plan to in the near future so stay tuned!
What About Shipping?
All wholesale orders will ship free via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
