How Many Bottles In A Gallon?

How Many Bottles In A Gallon?

Many people make it their goal to drink a gallon of water a day. Although some days, this goal can be hard to achieve, there are ways to make it more attainable.

How Many Bottles In a Gallon?

Single-Use Plastic Bottles-

The average size of a single use plastic bottle is about 16.9 oz. This means to get your gallon a day, you need about 7.5 water bottles. Using this method, it may be harder to track your water intake as well as it is more expensive. If you aren’t buying in bulk, this method may cost you up to $15 a day, not to mention the added plastic waste being thrown away with so many different bottles.

Mini HydroJug-

The Mini HydroJug is a great option that you can use to get your gallon in. It is 32 oz and comes with a built in straw lid to make drinking water even easier. If you were to get your gallon a day using your Mini HydroJug you would need to drink 4 throughout the day. This is a more cost effective and sustainable option compared to single-use plastic bottles because the Mini HydroJug is designed to be used over and over again and you only need to purchase it one time at $17.99.

Glass/Stainless Steel HydroJug-

Both of these HydroJug options are 64 oz and have steadily been growing in popularity over the past year. They both offer different benefits that other bottles may not. The Stainless Steel Jug is perfect for keeping water cold throughout the day, and the Glass Jug provides the cleanest tasting water of all water bottle mediums. In order to get your gallon a day with these Jugs, you would just need to drink 2 a day!

Pro HydroJug-

Over time, the Pro HydroJug has risen to popularity all over the country and has become a must have for many people to reach daily hydration goals. This Jug is 73 oz and has a large integrated handle to make it easier to drink from. By using the Pro HydroJug, you could meet your gallon a day by drinking a little under 2 full Jugs. Once again this is a sustainable and cost effective alternative to using single-use plastic.

Gallon HydroJug-

This is the most straightforward way that you can get your gallon a day in. All you need to do is fill it up and finish it throughout the day. This is the easiest way to track your progress. It is a very large bottle to carry around, however there is a large integrated handle to make it easier to drink from, and there is a carrying sleeve with a strap to take it ‘hands-free’.

Since 2017, we have prided ourselves on providing high quality water bottles that make it easier for our customers to increase their water intake and hit their daily hydration goals. With 5 different bottles to choose from as well as hydration accessories such as insulating sleeves and reusable straws, our goal is to make single-use plastic bottles a thing of the past and pave way to a more sustainable future!
