When to Replace 

• Leaks persist after gasket reseating and correct threading
• Cracked hinge or flip, worn lock, or warped lid
• Straw is split, cloudy, loose, or hard to draw through after cleaning

Common Fixes (Try Before Replacing)

• Reseat the gasket: Press it evenly into the groove – no twists or gaps.
• Re-thread the lid: If it feels uneven, back off and tighten again to avoid cross-threading.
• Deep clean: Brush lid channels and the straw interior; rinse until no scent remains.

FAQs

Are all HydroJug lids interchangeable?
No. Lids are designed per line and size. The Ease2o does not have replacement lids – only replacement straw packs, available in all four sizes.

How do I know if I need a new gasket or just a reseat?
If reseating flat doesn’t stop leaks – or the gasket looks flattened, cracked or holds odor after cleaning – replace it.

Do replacement parts include instructions?

Are replacement parts covered by warranty?
Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear requires purchased replacements.
