How It Works

1. Pick your bottle
   Select your size and color on the product page, then tap Customize.
   
2. Add your design
   Type text (name, number, mantra) or upload approved artwork. Pre-made art is also available.
3. Place & preview
   Position your design within the safe area and check the live preview for scale and contrast.
4. Review guidelines
   Confirm you own rights to any uploaded content and that it follows our content rules.
5. Approve & add to cart
   Double-check spelling and placement. Once approved, your customization details are sent with the order.

Not eligible: Pro Jug V2, Squeeze bottles and Shakers.

Design Tips - Finish & Placement Notes

• Contrast varies by color: Customization exposes underlying material – darker bottles may show softer contrast than lighter finishes.
• Curved surfaces: Keep designs simple; tightly spaced micro-detail may distort around curves.
• Multiple positions: If a product offers more than one position, the customizer will show your options.
• Single-color customization: No photos or gradients; laser customization is single-color only.

Care for Customized Bottles

• Customization doesn’t change care: follow the Product Care guide for your model.
• To preserve appearance, use top rack when dishwashing where applicable – or hand-wash to protect exterior finishes.
• Avoid abrasives or harsh chemicals directly on the customized area. Store bottles dry with lid open between uses.
• Laser customization does not affect insulation or performance.

Shipping & Returns

• Customization adds a ~2–3 weeks processing time prior to shipment.
• After approval, your order moves quickly; changes or cancellations may not be possible.
• Customized items typically follow a stricter policy.
• Customized items are final sale unless there’s a manufacturing defect. Double-check spelling and designs before ordering.

Will customization fade or scratch off?
No. Laser customization is permanent and part of the bottle’s surface.

Can I upload my logo?
Yes. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) work best. You must own the rights to any artwork.

Do you support photos or color images?
No. Laser customization is a single-color process. High-contrast graphics and text work best.

Is every color customizable?
Some colors or finishes may be excluded. The customizer will show eligibility by variant.

What’s the character limit for text?
Keep text concise for legibility. If your phrase doesn’t fit, try fewer characters or stacked lines.

Can I reorder the same custom bottle later?
Yes – save your design or reorder from your account if available.

Are custom items final sale?
Typically yes, unless there’s a manufacturing issue. 

How do I clean a customized bottle?
Follow your model’s Cleaning & Care page. Hand-wash is recommended to preserve exterior finishes over time.
