HydroJugSales

About HydroJug

HydroJug is one of the fastest-growing hydration brands in the country. Founded in 2016 in Ogden, Utah, we've built a brand that resonates deeply with health-conscious, active consumers — and we've done it by staying close to our community, moving fast, and making products people actually love.

The Role

We're looking for an International Sales Manager to lead HydroJug's expansion into global retail markets. You'll be the driving force behind building and managing relationships with key international retail partners — identifying the right markets, landing the right accounts, and making sure HydroJug shows up on shelves around the world.

This isn't a passive role. We want someone who's energized by the challenge of breaking into new markets, understands the nuances of international retail, and can navigate the complexity of cross-border commerce while staying focused on growth.

What You'll Own

  • Identifying and pursuing international retail opportunities across target markets

  • Building and managing relationships with international buyers, distributors, and retail partners

  • International revenue targets and sell-through performance by region

  • Seasonal assortment planning aligned with regional retail buy windows and consumer trends

  • Import/export compliance — duties, tariffs, customs documentation, and logistics coordination

  • In-market execution: planogram compliance, product placement, and regional merchandising standards

  • Forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with our operations and planning teams

  • Leading annual planning processes with key international retailers, including assortment reviews, buy windows, and go-forward growth strategies

  • Identifying opportunities to expand doors, shelf space, and distribution within existing international accounts

Who You Are

Must Have

  • Proven experience in international account management — you've owned relationships with international retail partners and know what it takes to grow a brand across borders

  • Proven track record working directly with international retailers — you've navigated foreign retail environments, not just exported through domestic distributors

  • You know how international retail works — regional buy cycles, distributor models, import requirements, and cultural nuances in key markets

  • Experience navigating cross-border logistics, duties, and compliance requirements in partnership with cross-functional teams

  • Leverages data to drive retail strategy and grow the business — turning market data and sell-through reports into insights and actionable decisions

  • Strong communicator who can build trust with partners across cultures and time zones

Nice to Have

  • Experience in CPG or consumer goods

  • Familiarity with retail planning tools and EDI systems

  • Background in brand-building at an emerging or high-growth company
