Releasing with them is our newest Glass HydroJug: Lavender Studded. All of these colors embody the Spring aesthetic perfectly. After a long Winter, these bright colors are exactly what we need. One of the best things about Spring is getting out of the house for some much needed fresh air and sunshine. The simple act of going outside can provide you with so many health benefits. Spending a little time outside every day has been proven to help reduce stress and anxiety. It is also a great way to get a little more exercise and increase the levels of Vitamin D that you are getting. Apart from that it can help increase your creativity, social life, and focus. 

We’ve come up with 8 of our favorite ways to spend some more time outside this spring.

1. Drink your coffee or tea outside in the morning.
2. Go for a walk outside while you are talking on the phone.
3. Take your children to the park.
4. Take an evening walk with friends or family.
5. Move your workout outside.
6. Have a BBQ. Grilling out can be a great way to socialize outside.
7. Have a fire and make some smores.
8. Find a nice place to relax and take a moment for yourself.
