As we now enter the holiday season of 2020, shipping carriers have predicted record setting requests for home deliveries. Due to the strain that COVID19 has placed upon the shipping industry, you could potentially experience delays in shipping. To ensure that we are able to continue to meet your expectations as part of the HydroJug family, we encourage you, wherever you may be shopping this year, to plan ahead and begin early.
At HydroJug, we are taking the conditions of the current world seriously and are working hard to meet your expectations. Here is what we are doing:
1. Working closely with our shipping partners (UPS, USPS, and FedEx) to avoid as many shipping delays, both incoming and outgoing, as possible.
2. Working overtime to ensure that all orders placed are printed, fulfilled and shipped in our 24 business hour promised period. (24-48 business hours after large sales events)
3. Transparent and continual communication to you, updating shipping times as necessary to ensure that you are informed and can receive what you need when you need it.
We wish to kindly remind you that while we work hard to get your desired products to you as quickly as possible, once the order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to control our carriers delivery times. For this reason we have requested that you allow for up to seven to ten business days for your order to arrive.
